Typed letter signed and other materials sent from James Law to Henry Folger [manuscript], 1923 November 18.

(1) Typed letter signed by Law and undated; he approves of Folger's acquisition of Walt Whitman's holographic Notes on Shakespeare from the American Art Association William F. Gable sale on November 5-6, 1923. Law also speaks of his friendship with Whitman and his participation in the dedication of "The good grey poet's" home as a permanent civic shrine. Law also mentions his own work regarding Shakespeare; addressed from "Clovernook," Roxborough, Philadelphia, PA; (2) is an autograph poem entitled "How to pronounce Shakespeare's name." Signed by Law and addressed to Folger in New York City; dated November 18, 1923; (3) is an autograph poem signed by Law about Shakespeare's handwriting and spelling. Addresed to Folger in New York City and dated November 18, 1923. Also, a printed page on Whitman from Here and there in two hemispheres (Lancaster, PA 1903) with Law's signature.
